Cancellation Policy

Charters consisting of one (1) boat may be canceled 7 days prior departure date without incurring a cancellation fee.
Charters consisting of two (2) or more boats that cancel or decrease the number of vessels within ten (10) days prior to the departure date will be charged 50% of the total charter fee for each vessel canceled.
Charters canceled within forty-eight (48) hours prior to departure time will be charged 100% of the charter fee.

Sea Cross Sport fishing Inc. reserves to cancel the charter due to inclement weather. in this case, no fees will be incurred. The captain(s) may also provide inland fishing or cruising as an alternative to "extremely rough off-shore fishing"
if a "severe weather bulletin" is in effect, the charter will be canceled and no fee will be incurred.

*A small craft advisory is not considered severe or unsafe weather.

*Weather forecast seen on television are not a reliable source for sea conditions.

*If a charter vessel is suddenly unable to perform and a substitution can not be obtained,100% of that charter fee of that vessel will be refunded.
